JUDGMENT : Kurian J. Leave granted. 2. These appeals, by way of special leave petitions are filed against the judgment and order dated 23rd July, 2010 in A.S. No.26 of 2003 passed by the High Court of Kerala and order dated 12th October, 2015 in Review Petition No.994 of 2010 in the abovementioned appeals. During the pendency of the appeals before us, we find that the petitioners and respondent No.1 have entered into a compromise which has been duly notarized on 12th January, 2018 and the same has been filed before this Court on 23rd February, 2018. The same shall form part of this judgment. 3. The appeals stand disposed of in terms of the compromise. No costs.
