JUDGMENT Ritu Bahri, J. - The petitioners are seeking benefits of 7th Pay Commission who are working as Assistant Manager and are governed by Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad Service Bye-Laws 2013 with all consequential benefits. 2. Vide order dated 24.08.2018 (Annexure P-12) while considering the case of the petitioners for grant of benefit of 7th Pay Commission, the State Project Director has stated that the matter of giving benefits of service Bye-Laws and 7th Pay Commission is pending with the Finance Department for providing funds. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to an order dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-13) whereby similar benefit of 7th Pay Commission has been granted to other employees of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad as per clause 12(1)(b) of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad Service Bye-Laws 2013 which is as under:- "Those who have completed five years satisfactory service on the enforcement of the bye-laws will be given entry level pay of the pay band on Government pattern plus grade pay plus Dearness Allowance admissible from time to time. No House Rent Allowance shall be admissible. These employees shall be given 3% annual increase of pay plus grade pay." Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Palika Monga, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. 5. Keeping in view that the case of the petitioners has been favourably recommended by the State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad, this petition is being disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 5 to pass appropriate orders for releasing benefits of 7th Pay Commission to the petitioners as has been granted to other employees vide order dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-13) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
