JUDGMENT Hon'ble Manoj K. Tiwari, J. (Oral) 1. Petitioner lodged First Information Report on 11.12.2012 against respondent Nos. 2 and 3, under Sections 323/325/341/452/504 and 506 of I.P.C. at Police Station Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar. The police after investigating the case submitted charge-sheet on 14.06.2013, against respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, which was registered as Criminal Case No. 2028 of 2013, and is still pending. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that evidence has been led before the trial court. He further submits that the trial is proceeding at very slow pace and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are seeking adjournment on one pretext or the other, in order to delay the trial.
