ORDER : 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent No.2 to complete the proceeding for regularization of the service of the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is a driver and posted in the office of the Woman and Child Development Project, Chhindgarh District – Sukma, C.G. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed off directing respondent No. 1 to take decision on Annexure R/1 dated 19.06.2017 within stipulated time. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No.1 shall decide Annexure R/1 dated 19.06.2017 written by the Additional Director, Woman and Child Development, Raipur, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure. 6. This Court has not touched the merits of the case. 7. For the convenience, the petitioner may file the copy of this writ petition and reply of the State before the respondent No.1.
