ORDER : 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent authorities to consider her case for promotion to the next higher post. 3. The petitioner is working as Ward Aaya and posted at Primary Health Center, Chaitma, Block Pali, District Korba. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of her grievances and to direct the respondent No.1 to consider and decide such representation within stipulated time. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and further taking into consideration the submissions made by both the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that petitioner may file representation before respondent No.1 for redressal of her grievances within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.1 and, in turn, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide such representation within a further period of 60 days from the date of filing of representation, according to law and procedure. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding on the merits of the case.
