ORDER : 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to set aside the dismissal order Annexure P1. 3. The petitioner was posted as Attendant Class III (Line) at Jagdalpur in the office of respondent No. 1. 4. The counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1 would submit that this writ petition may be disposed off giving direction to respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's representation, Annexure P3 which has been received on 09.08.2017 at the office of respondent, No.1, within stipulated time. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1, this writ petition is disposed off with this direction to respondent No.1 that he shall dispose off the representation Annexure P3 expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure specially in the light of the judicial precedent laid down by the Apex Court in Avtar Singh v. Union of India reported in (2016) 8 SCC 471 . 6. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
