JUDGMENT Pramath Patnaik, J. – In the instant writ application, the petitioner has inter alia prayed for direction upon the respondents to fix the pension in accordance with law. Since, the petitioner retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2002 as Revenue Clerk. 2. Counter-Affidavit has been filed by the respondent nos.2 and 3 wherein it has been submitted that full pension has been fixed and the petitioner is getting the full pension. 3. In view of the assertions made in the counter-affidavit, it appears that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instruction has not been received as to whether the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed or not. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the respective parties and on perusal of the counter-affidavit, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate the matter before the competent authority if any grievance still subsists. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
