ORDER : We have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as the petitioner (Sunny) and the respondent (Pawan Kumar Sharma). 2. We acknowledge with gratitude the excellent role played by Ms. Garima Prasad, the Mediator who spent considerable amount of time yesterday and today in discussing various issues with both the parties and in assisting and facilitating them to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution. 3. Both the parties are before us and they have stated that they would like to live together and will go to Pune tomorrow evening along with their child (David) where the husband is living. They both say that they will forget the past and forgive each other and will live a happy married life henceforth. 4. The petitioner (Sunny) has stated before us that she does not wish to pursue the cases filed by her under Section 125 CrPC and the other under Section 498A of the IPC. 5. These cases are as follows: 1. MNT 125 No. 349/2016 pending in the Court of District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon. 2. FIR No. 84 dated 07.04.2017, PS Woman Police Station, Gurgaon. 6. On the basis of the statement, the proceedings in both the cases are quashed. 7. The respondent (Pawan Kumar Sharma) has filed the petition for divorce under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act which is pending in the Family Court, Alwar in Rajasthan. Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma says that the divorce proceedings may also be dismissed in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 8. We do so accordingly. 9. The transfer petition is disposed of. 10. The Supreme Court Legal Services Committee will give an honorarium of Rs.10,000/- to Ms. Garima Prasad for the services rendered. 11. A copy of this order be sent by the Registry of this Court to the concerned Courts for their record.
