ORDER : 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to pay his amount lying in deposit under the EDF Scheme with appropriate rate of interest. 3. Petitioner was employee of the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner will move the representation before the respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 may directed that such representation may be disposed of expeditiously as per law and procedure. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file representation before the respondent No. 2 within ten days from today and the respondent No. 2 shall decide such representation after the verification and if the case of the petitioner is similar to the previous set of petitioner namely G.K. Gupta vs. The Managing Director & Others, W.P.(S) No. 6510/2009 with other connected matters, according to law and procedure preferably within 90 days.
