JUDGMENT D N Patel, A.C.J. – I.A. No.776 of 2017 This interlocutory application has been preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 61 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal. 2. Having heard the counsels of both the sides and looking to the reasons stated in this interlocutory application, especially in para-4 thereof, there are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay. We, hereby, condone the delay. 3. I.A. No.776 of 2017 is allowed and disposed of. L.P.A. No.598 of 2016 4. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant, after canvassing some argument about the earlier three writ petitions and one more writ petition upon dismissal of which, this Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred and after referring all these orders, now seeks permission to withdraw this Letters Patent Appeal. 5. Looking to the limited submissions of withdrawal, we are not going into the merit or demerit of the case. 6. This Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
