JUDGMENT Krishna Murari, C.J. (Oral) - Shri Avasthi, learned Assistant Advocate General, appearing for the State of Punjab, has made a statement before us that respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritsar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, School Education, Chandigarh, vide order dated 14.11.2018. It is further pointed out to us that the order has been issued under the signatures of Shri Arunjit Singh Miglani, Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Personnel. A copy of the order dated 14.11.2018 is taken on record. 2. In view of the aforesaid statement, the relief claimed in this public interest litigation has lost its efficacy and the same accordingly stands disposed of and consigned to record.
