JUDGMENT : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve relevant papers of the Writ Petition No.21983 of 2017 and the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2018 before 14.12.2018. Registry is directed to list the matter on 17.12.2018. In the meanwhile, it is open to the 1st respondent / Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai to comply with the order passed by this Court, failing which, he is directed to appear-in-person on 17.12.2018 at 2.15pm and to explain in-person as to why the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21983 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 is not complied with so far. 2. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Selvasekaran, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for 1st respondent / Greater Chennai Corporation.
