ORDER : 1. Heard. 2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondents to consider his case for grant of upgradation as per applicable circulars dated 17.03.1999, 19.04.1999, 17.05.2000, 28.04.2000 and 04.08.2010. 3. The petitioner is a Chief Executive Officer posted in Scheduled Tribes And Scheduled Caste Development Department, Naya Raipur. 4. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed off directing respondents that he may decide his representation dated 22.08.2017 within stipulated time. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No.1 shall decide the representation dated 22.08.2017 filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure. 6. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
