JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —As mutually agreed, present petition is disposed of in the following terms: (i) Undisputedly, the petitioner has not filed any application, envisaged under the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking enlargement of time for filing written statement. (ii) Impugned order dated 15th November, 2017, passed by Civil Judge, Court No.6, Shimla, H.P., in case No.44/1 of 2017, titled as Hari Krishan Verma vs. Jagat Ram, is based on the oral prayer made by the petitioner. (iii) Petitioner shall file an application within a period of three weeks from today, which shall be considered and decided by the concerned Court, in accordance with law. (iv) . This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. Also, such application filed by the petitioner shall be decided uninfluenced by any observations made by the trial Court in the impugned order dated 15th November, 2017. 2. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
