ORDER Nirmaljit Kaur, J. - CM-26908-CII-2018 Allowed as prayed for. Documents are taken on record. COCP-91-2016 Vide order dated 17.10.2018, it was pointed out that vide release order dated 24.10.2016 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Estates Department Chandigarh, 600 Square Yards of land has been released but the petitioner is supposed to deposit an amount of ' 4,09,222/- towards development charges. The application has been filed by the petitioner stating that the said amount has been deposited. Further, the Land Acquisition Officer, Faridabad wrote a letter dated 14.11.2018 asking the petitioner to supply some relevant documents. The said documents were also handed over to the Land Acquisition Officer, Faridabad as demanded on 21.11.2018. In spite of the same, the possession of the said released land and the pacca house and land measuring 600 sq. yard, has not been handed over. The learned counsel for Urban Estate Department-respondent simply stated that the same was required to be handed over by HUDA whereas it is not disputed that the said Department is under Urban Estates Department, Haryana. 2. With respect to the compensation, a communication dated 06.12.2018 has been handed over in which amount of Rs. 1,52,103/- has been paid to the petitioner. There is nothing on record as to how the respondent came to the said conclusion that only compensation of Rs. 1,52,103/- has to be paid for land measuring 277 Square Yards. Obviously, the entire action of compliance is mere eye wash. 3. Adjourned to 26.02.2019. 4.
