ORDER : 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization. 3. The petitioner is working as Lecturer (Panchayat) and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Chetba, Block Kansabel, District Jashpur. 4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may file the representation before the respondent No.2 and instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 that he shall decide such representation within stipulated time. 5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission advanced by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file representation within 10 days from today and the respondent No. 2 shall decide such representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
