JUDGMENT : Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. 1. The first information report has been lodged by respondent no. 2 against the present applicant which has been registered as Case Crime No. 226 of 2007 under Sections 420/467/468 and 120B of IPC, at Police Station Jwalapur, District Haridwar. After investigation, police filed the charge-sheet against the present applicant. Consequently, the learned Magistrate took cognizance in the matter and criminal proceedings have been initiated against the applicant under Sections 420/467/468 and 120B of IPC. Hence, this application under Section 482 CrPC before this Court. 2. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed in the matter in the year 2007, it would not be appropriate for this Court to interfere in the matter at this stage. 3. Consequently, no interference is being called for by this Court in the matter. 4. Let the applicant appear before the court concerned and move an application for her bail, which shall be considered, as far as possible, on the same day itself, on its merits, in accordance with law. In case, for any reason, the bail is rejected or deferred, the learned Magistrate may consider granting an interim bail to the applicant considering the fact that the applicant is a woman. 5. The application filed under Section 482 CrPC stands disposed.
