JUDGMENT Sandeep Mehta, J —This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Cr. Case No.330/2017 under Section 27(d) , 28(A) and 22(3) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act. 2. The petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the above offences in a complaint case through a warrant of arrest. The said direction has been modified qua the co-accused Ankur Chadha by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Miscellaneous Petition No. 4102/2017. 3. Thus, it is hereby directed that the petitioners shall appear before the learned CJM, Sriganganagar within a period of six weeks from today and furnish bail bonds to his satisfaction whereupon, they shall be enlarged on bail. 4. The instant bail application is disposed of in these terms.
