JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. – Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Arvind Kumar, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Heard Mr. Mahesh Tiwari, counsel for the respondents. 3. After some arguments, senior counsel appears on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to members of the association will approach the respondent no. 4 by filing a representation seeking details of the amount which has been paid by them and whatever is payable as per the Respondents. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that such representation will be filed by the individual persons and the respondent no. 4 may take up the matter on individual basis. 5. Counsel for the respondents have no objection with the withdrawal of the writ petition with the aforesaid liberty. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to individual members of the association to approach the respondent no. 4 with a representation seeking details of the amount paid by them and amount payable by such individuals to the respondents and upon such representation the respondent no. 4 shall provide details preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing representation by each individual. 7. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
