JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. – Counsel for the petitioner is absent. 2. Heard Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha, Advocate assisted by Mr. Kundan Kumar Ambastha, counsels appearing on behalf of the substituted Respondent No.6 i.e., 6 (i) to 6 (iv). 3. Heard Mr. Lalan Kumar Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 4. This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the concerned Respondents to take appropriate steps to mutate the land in question in favour of the petitioner which was purchased by him from the vendor through registered sale deed executed on 11.07.2009 for which application for mutation was also filed and received in the office of respondent but no order has been passed. 5. On the other hand, Respondents have filed counteraffidavit in the matter and at para-9 of the counter-affidavit filed by the Respondent-State, it has been mentioned that the Circle Officer, Gumla has rejected the petitions for mutation filed by the petitioner on 26.10.2009 and the said application for mutation was numbered as Mutation Case No.318-R-27/09-10. Counsel for the respondents further submits that this writ petition was filed vide affidavit dated 08.12.2009 and on the date of filing of the case the mutation application of the petitioner was already disposed vide order dated 26.10.2009. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no relief can be granted to the petitioner as the prayer of the petitioner regarding disposal of the mutation application was already disposed of vide order dated 26.10.2009 in Mutation Case No.318-R-27/09-10. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
