JUDGMENT : C.R. Dash, J. - The informant enter appearance through M/s. Anwar Hussen & associate and files Vakalatnama today in Court. The Vakalatnama be kept on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant. 3. This is an application under Section 438, Cr. P.C., 1973 for anticipatory bail. 4. Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties. 5. The informant and victim girl, who has begotten a male child out of her relationship with the petitioner, are also present in Court. 6. The victim girl and the petitioner are stated to have got married in the meantime. 7. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, sequence of events and circumstances involved, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Bhadrak and apply for bail in connection with Chudamani Marine P.S. case No. 11 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Special Case No. 118 of 2017 within 21 (fifteen) days of reopening of the Court after the ensuing Summer Vacation. In the event of his surrender and motion for bail, learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Bhadrak shall release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 8. The Ablapl is accordingly disposed of. 9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
