JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. – Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar, Associate counsel to Standing counsel (Land & Ceiling). 3. This writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking a mandamus upon the respondents particularly the respondent no.4 for mutating the land of the petitioner, for which according to the petitioner an application has been filed by it in the Office of Circle Officer, Jhumari Tilaiya as back as on 18.10.2011. 4. A counter-affidavit has been filed in this case, wherein it has been mentioned that a fresh mutation proceeding being Mutation Case No.2474/2015-16 was started by the Circle Officer, Koderma and according to the counter-affidavit, the same has been rejected. However, a copy of the order of rejection has not been annexed alongwith the counter-affidavit. 5. Upon this, the counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner approaches the authority, the certified copy of the order of rejection will be provided to him upon an application for the same. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this court is of the view that this writ petition has become infructuous. However, as per the undertaking given by the counsel for the State, the petitioner will be entitled to receive the certified copy of final order upon an application. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
