JUDGMENT 1. The appellant is aggrieved by the maintenance awarded to her under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Order-sheet shows that the matter was being adjourned repeatedly because parties were stating that they would try to resolve the dispute. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the appellant has joined consortium with her husband. 3. This could be the reason why nobody appears for the appellant today. 4. The appeal is dismissed in default.
