ORDER : 1. Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, learned ASG appearing on behalf of the Union of India has suggested the possibility of an amicable resolution of the issues that have arisen in this case. 2. He says that he has had extensive discussions with the concerned officials and he is confident that some solution can be found primarily keeping the interest of the people of Delhi in mind. 3. The learned ASG also says that he and the Government of India will attempt to bring the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority, all the Municipal Corporations of Delhi as well as the Delhi Government on board and come out with the solution that is acceptable to everybody. 4. It is further stated that discussions will also be held with the Monitoring Committee in this regard. 5. Finally it is stated that all meetings will be held in the office of Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, the learned ASG. 6. We expect that only senior officers who are in a position to take a decision should participate in the meetings including officials from the Delhi Government, the Delhi Development Authority, the Municipal Corporations as well as the office of the Lieutenant Governor and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (Govt. of India). 7. List the matters on 09.04.2018 at the end of the Board.
