JUDGMENT Ajay Kumar Mittal, J —The petitioners have approached this court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to held/conduct the draw of lots and to make allotment of the plot to the eligible petitioners/oustees under the Oustees category in Rajive Gandhi Education City, Sonepat. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, inter-alia, contends that he has instructions to submit that this petition has been rendered infructuous and he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition. 4. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
