JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.47 dated 27.8.2017 under Section 379, 411 & 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Rajpura. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner and he has verified that no other criminal case is pending against him. 3. Learned State Counsel on instructions from HC Darshan Singh, Police Station Sadar Rajpura confirmed the aforesaid contentions. 4. The petitioner is directed to join investigation before the Investigating Officer. In the event of his arrest, the Arresting Officer would admit him to bail on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction. The petitioner is also directed to abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
