JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.110 dated 5.10.2017 under Sections 304, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Nandgarh, Bathinda. 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner in this case and the only allegations is that she instigated the co-accused. The petitioner is still ready to join investigation in this case. 3. The above factual aspect is not disputed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mehnga Singh, Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. 4. The petitioner is directed to join investigation before the Investigating Officer. In the event of his arrest, the Arresting Officer would admit him to bail on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction. The petitioner is also directed to abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
