ORDER 1. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2. Leave granted. 3. Considering the totality of the facts of the case and the fact that the appellant is about 77 years old person and is suffering from various ailments and also the fact that trial is likely to take some time, we are inclined to release the appellant on bail. Therefore, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with Criminal Case No. 116 of 2017 arising out of FIR No. RC/JAI/2015/A/0013 registered at Police Station-Special CBI, Jaipur, Rajasthan and in connection with Criminal Case No. 105 of 2017 arising out of FIR No. RC/JAI/2015/A/0018 registered at Police Station-Special CBI, Jaipur, Rajasthan. 4. The learned trial Court is free to impose appropriate condition(s) as it deems fit. 5. Consequently, the orders of the High Court are set aside and the present appeals are disposed of in the above terms.
