Though we find it difficult to agree with some of the view of the learned Single Judge, going by the materials specifically considered by the Division Bench of the High Court in the impugned order, we find it difficult to take a different view than one taken by the Division Bench. 3. Therefore, we decline to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
