ORDER : 1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the record of the cases, we are not inclined to interfere with the judgment(s) and order(s) passed by the High Court. 2. We uphold the impugned judgment and order of the High Court. 3. We further direct that the matters shall be decided without being influenced by the judgment and order of the Division Bench of the High Court. 4. Further no transferee shall claim any equities on the ground that he is in possession by virtue of the transfer for any length of time. 5. The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
