ORDER 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of Petition No. A-257/2015 titled as “Sarang Digamber Jahagirdar Vs. Rupali Sarang Jahagirdar” pending before the Family Court Judge, Amravati, Maharashtra to the learned Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. 2. While issuing notice on 26.02.2016, this Court referred the matter to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre in order to explore the possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. There, the parties have settled their dispute. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of the instant transfer petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.07.2016, arrived at between the parties. The said Settlement Agreement which is duly signed by both the parties, their respective advocates and the Mediator, shall form part of this order.
