JUDGMENT Mrs. Anita Chaudhry, J.:- The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.31 dated 19.07.2016 registered under Sections 376(2)(N), 384, 506 of IPC & 67-A of IT Act at Police Station Women Cell Sirsa, District Sirsa. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2016 and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence and the complainant is a married woman and she is referring to the incidents of 2004 and the FIR has been lodged in 2016. He submits that there was a dispute regarding the amount which the complainant had to return and false allegations have been levelled. Counsel further contends that there are telephonic conversations in which there is no reference to any blackmailing or demand of money and the petitioner is asking for the money which she owed and the trial is taking time. 3. The petitioner is in custody since July, 2016. The examination-in- chief of the prosecutrix has been recorded. 4. The trial will take some more time. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate with the condition that the petitioner would not contact the victim or her family and if he does so, the State can approach for recall of this order.
