JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writ for quashing the impugned order dated 9.02.2017 (Annexure P-3) for all intents and purposes. ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writ or direction by directing the respondent No.1 to refer the dispute to Ld. Labour Court for adjudication as done in the case of similar situated persons case." 2. It is not in dispute that the controversy in issue stands settled by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in cases of similarly situated workmen, in terms of judgment dated 26th October, 2016, passed in CWP No.1912 of 2016, titled as Bego Devi vs. State of H.P. & others. 3. As such, as prayed for, we dispose of the present petition making the directions issued in Bego Devi mutatis mutandi applicable to the present case also. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Copy dasti.
