Sanyam K Mahajan v. State Of Himachal Pradesh

2018-04-25

SANDEEP SHARMA, SANJAY KAROL

body2018
JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —State has filed the response to this petition. It is apt to reproduce para 2 of the said response herein. "In this regard it is submitted that the replying respondents are neither annulling nor deviating from the result of 1st round counseling held on 5.4.2018 and as per schedule the second round of counseling for admission to post graduate medical courses against State Quota seats will be held on 26.3.2018. Therefore, it is highly misplaced to say that the replying respondents are annulling and deviating on the 1 st round of counseling held on 5.4.2018 whereas the actual picture is otherwise. In view of the detailed submissions made hereinabove the present writ petition is not maintainable and requires to be dismissed straight way." 2. In view of the para 2 of the response filed by the State, quoted supra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition reserving liberty to file fresh petition, if need so arises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of alongwith pending applications, if any, with liberty as prayed for.
