JUDGMENT : 1. This first appeal has been filed against the judgment of the trial court dated 14th December, 2016 passed in CS No.13-A/2013. 2. Learned counsel for appellant has sought permission to withdraw the appeal as against the respondent No.1, 2 and 4. 3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn against the said respondents. 4. Heard on IA No.6053/2018 an application u/O.23 Rule 3 of the CPC read with Sec.151 of the CPC jointly filed by the appellant and respondent No.3 stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 5. This Court vide order dated 7/8/2018 had directed the parties to appear before the Principal Registrar for ascertaining the correctness of the compromise. 6. The report of the Principal Registrar dated 16/8/2018 is on record disclosing that the appellant and respondent No.3 had appeared before the Principal Registrar who had enquired as regards the factum of the compromise and recorded their statements and thereafter found the parties have amicably settled the matter and the I.A has duly been signed by the parties voluntarily and compromise has been entered into without any threat, inducement or coercion. 7. Having regard to the aforesaid, IA No.6053/2018 is allowed and appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the appellant and respondent No.3 as contained in the I.A.
