JUDGMENT : 1. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application, with liberty to file fresh application for bail before the Court below. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Court below on the ground of change of circumstances. If any, such application is filed, the trial Court shall decide the same within two weeks from the date of its filing. 3. Connected IAs shall also stand dismissed.
