ORDER Kurian Joseph, J. - In view of the intervening developments leading to the dismissal of the application for restoration, nothing survives in these appeals. The appeals are, accordingly, dismissed. 2. However, we make it clear that this Judgment shall not stand in the way of the appellants pursuing their remedies against the order of dismissal of the application for restoration in accordance with law.
