ORDER: It appears that the roster regarding hearing of the cases involving validity of Act, Rules, Regulations etc. are to be listed before the learned Division Bench of this Court. 2. It appears from a judgment dated 26.07.2011 passed in CWJC No. 7200 of 2011 that similar type of matter has been earlier adjudicated by the learned Division Bench of this Court. 3. In such view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the present case, which involves challenge to the validity of the advertisement and the provisions therein, be adjudicated by the learned Division Bench. 4. Accordingly, let the present writ petition go out of the list of this Court and be placed before an appropriate Bench, after seeking approval of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
