JUDGMENT AND ORDER : 1. The writ petitioner became entitled to be considered for grant of third parole. Granting relief condition imposed by the Committee of furnishing two sureties in sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- is questioned in the writ petition. 2. We are informed that when the petitioner availed first and second parole for a period of 20 and 30 days respectively, it was on the petitioner furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount. 3. Thus, we dispose of the petition modifying the condition imposed requiring petitioner to furnish two sureties in sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- each. The petitioner would be released on third parole for a period of 40 days on furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bharatpur.
