JUDGMENT Ajay Mohan Goel, J —By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed mainly for the following relief: "(i) That the respondents No.1 & 4 may very kindly be directed to get the land in question demarcated and by getting the extent of encroachment determined and further direction for the eviction of same in accordance with law in public interest." 2. In the reply filed to the writ petition, it stands mentioned by the respondents-State that appropriate proceedings under Section 163 of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, are in progress against the encroachers, whose details are mentioned in para-2 of the reply so filed by the respondents-State on the affidavit of Deputy Commissioner, Kangra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied in case this writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the authorities concerned to conclude the proceedings so pending against the encroachers under Section 163 of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, within a time bound period. 4. Accordingly, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No.4 to conclude the proceedings filed against the encroachers under Section 163 of the H.P. Land Revenue Act, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from today. 5. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
