JUDGMENT : Soumen Sen, J. 1. The issues involved in these applications are same and/or similar to the issues involved in G.A. No. 2182 of 2018. 2. On identical facts involving similar issue the pledge invocation notices have been set aside. Accordingly, in the instant case, for the same reason the pledge invocation notices all dated 13th August, 2018 are set aside. 3. This application accordingly stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this judgment, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
