ORDER : Contempt Petition (C) No. 972 of 2018 in D.No.20387/2017 (Item No.1) 1. Issue notice in the contempt petition, returnable in six weeks. 2. Reply to the petition be filed in the meantime. 3. Personal appearance of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with for the time being. SLP (C) No. 12538 of 2016 (Item No. 75) & connected matters 4. Issue notice in the transferred cases, returnable in six weeks. The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the writ petition filed by them in the High Court on Mrs. Aishwarya Bhati, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of U.P. positively within one week from today. 5. We direct the State to file its response positively within six weeks. 6. Post all the matters for final hearing on 07.08.2018. 7. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the intervening developments pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required in these Special Leave Petitions. 11. In view of the above, the Special Leave Petitions are disposed of. 12. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of. I.A.No. 76112 of 2017 (Application for intervention) in SLP (C) No. 16432 of 2017 (Item No. 75.5) 13. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh applications in the pending matters. 14. Permission is granted. 15. The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. M.A. No. 1297 of 2018 in T.C.(C) No. 92 of 2017 (Item No. 85) 16. The learned AAG for the State shall get instruction in the matter. 17.
