JUDGMENT/ORDER : Virendra Kumar Mathur, J. The file has been placed before me, being listed today in Chamber under "To be mentioned" category. The appeal has been decided and judgment was pronounced on 21.03.2018. 2. It is reported that while uploading the judgment, date of pronouncement skipped to be inserted in the soft-copy. I have perused the file and uploaded judgment (without date) . The uploaded judgment is the very same judgment, which was signed by me and date of pronouncement thereon was entered in my handwriting and the same is available in the file. 3. The omissions of skipping insertion of the 'date of pronouncement' before uploading the aforesaid judgment seems to be bona fide. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that judgment uploaded without inserting date of pronouncement be removed from the website and judgment with 'date of pronouncement' be uploaded.
