ORDER : 1. Given our Orders dated 16.08.2017 and 21.03.2018, Survey No. 129/45/D has to be demarcated, as it is distinct from Survey No. 403. Though this Court passed an Order on 21.03.2018 to do the needful, nothing has been done till date. We, therefore, direct the authorities to comply with our Orders dated 16.08.2017 and 21.03.2018 within a period of two weeks from today, and submit on affidavit a copy of the demarcated area on a plan made out for that purpose. 2. I.As. are allowed on the aforesaid terms.
