JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in pursuance of order dated 29.12.2017 of this Court, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in this case. 2. The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sahid Ahmed and stated that the police has already submitted the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner. 3. In view of above, the interim order dated 29.12.2017 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed of.
