JUDGMENT : The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider his representation dated 02.06.2015 and 15.06.2015 along with a representation dated 04.12.2013 and 12.01.2015 to the seventh respondent herein and pass final orders. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given representations dated 02.06.2015 and 15.06.2015 to the respondents 3 to 5 and also the representations dated 04.12.2013 and 12.01.2015 to the seventh respondent, ventilating his grievances; however, the respondents have not acted on the said representation, so far. 3. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader [Education], who took notice on behalf of respondents 3 to 5, on instructions submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 02.06.2015 and 15.06.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2015 and 15.06.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after considering each and every aspects, as placed by the petitioner in the said representations and after affording due opportunity to the petitioner. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
