Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation in this case and he is not required anymore for custodial interrogation even after the addition of offence under Section 409 IPC later on. 4. In the light of above circumstances, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.11.2016 is made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5. Petition stands disposed of.
