JUDGMENT : MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J. 1. It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already joined the investigation on 21.10.2016 and he is still ready to join the further investigation, if so desired by Investigating Officer. 2. The factum of joining investigation on 21.10.2016 is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh. 3. In view of above, the present petition is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation before the Investigating Officer if necessary and in the event of his arrest, the Arresting Officer would admit him to bail on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction. The petitioner is also directed to abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
