Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied that this is a fit case where the prayer for transfer is to be allowed. 3. On the facts of the case we allow this transfer petition. 4. Case bearing M.C. No. 205 of 2014 titled “Farhan Khan & Ors. Vs. Shabana” pending in the Court of Additional Family Court, Roorki, District Haridwar is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Karkarduma, Delhi. 5. The transferee Court is directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously. No order as to costs.
