Bus Stand Management and Development Authority, Main Bus Stand, Shimla to ensure compliance of order dated 12.08.2014, passed in CWP No. 5729 of 2014, titled as M/s Ad. Global versus H.P. Bus Stand Management & Development Authority & another, if not already done. Needful be positively done within a period of four weeks. 2. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous application(s) , if any.
